Disney+ teamed up with Swimply to host exclusive dive-in movie nights around LA, streaming iconic Disney throwbacks like never before. Picture this: themed decor that fully immerses you in the movie, live music, fun activities, drinks, snacks, photo ops, and yep—poolside vibes while you watch!
It’s a nostalgic blast with a splash. We got to experience the magic ourselves at the Disney+ Dive-In Theater with Swimply, featuring Camp Rock—and it was everything. Keep reading to see all the highlights!

Immersive Camp Rock Dive-in Screening
When the invite hit our inbox, we couldn’t say yes fast enough. Camp Rock was the moment growing up! The Jonas Brothers, Demi’s iconic knees dance moves, the outfits, the hair, the music… all of it. Walking in, it instantly felt like summer camp in the best way. The setup, the energy, the nostalgia—100% nailed it.
We were greeted with some cool Disney+ x Swimply merch, along with live music playing songs from the movie, instantly setting the mood. The whole setup had a super laid-back camp vibe along with drinks, snacks, and fun little stations for friendship bracelets & rock painting.
The decor might’ve been our favorite part—it seriously felt like you walked onto a movie set. Canoes, log benches, a campfire setup, even a camp bulletin board with cute little notes and details. We spent time by the hot tub and pool just taking it all in. It gave major summer camp vibes but with a fun, grown-up twist.
